한눈에

로또픽 - 로또 번호 생성기(이하 "이 앱")은 회원가입도 로그인도 없습니다. 번호와 설정은 기기 안에만 저장되며 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다. 저희는 이용자 정보를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않고, 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

다만 앱 안에서 쓰는 광고 기능은 외부 회사(구글 등)의 것이며, 그 회사들이 자체적으로 정보를 처리합니다. 무엇이 누구에게 가는지 아래에 적었습니다.

이 방침이 적용되는 곳

이 앱은 두 곳에 배포됩니다 — 구글 플레이스토어의 안드로이드 앱과, 토스 미니앱(토스에서는 로또 번호 생성기)입니다. 앱 내용은 같지만 광고를 제공하는 회사가 달라서, 아래 절마다 어느 쪽 이야기인지 적어 두었습니다.

기기에 저장되는 것

저장한 번호(몇 회차용인지와 여섯 개의 숫자, 즐겨찾기 여부), 마지막으로 확인한 결과 회차, 앱 설정(테마, 마지막으로 고른 번호 생성 방식, 조건 필터, 고른 꿈, 연출 사용 여부), 그리고 내려받은 회차 데이터의 사본을 기기의 저장소(localStorage)에 담아 둡니다. 다음에 열었을 때 번호와 설정이 남아 있고, 앱을 열자마자 최근 회차를 보여 드리기 위한 것입니다. 저장한 번호는 내 번호 목록에서 하나씩 지우실 수 있습니다.

이 정보는 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 사라지며, 저희에게는 사본이 없어 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.

안드로이드 자동 백업

안드로이드의 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 위의 기록이 이용자 본인의 구글 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱이 보내는 것이 아니라 안드로이드가 제공하는 기능이고, 저희는 그 백업을 받아 보지 않습니다. 기기를 바꾸셨을 때 기록이 따라오도록 켜 둔 것이며, 원하지 않으시면 기기의 백업 설정에서 끄실 수 있습니다.

앱이 받아 오는 데이터

앱은 매주 갱신되는 당첨번호와 추천 조합을 받기 위해 https://lotto-895c62.gitlab.io/data.json 에서 파일 하나를 내려받습니다. 이 요청에는 이용자를 식별하는 값이 들어 있지 않고, 앱이 저희에게 무언가를 보내는 요청도 아닙니다.

다만 인터넷 통신의 성격상 파일을 두는 곳(GitLab Pages)의 접속 기록에 IP 주소 같은 정보가 남을 수 있으며, 그 기록은 GitLab Pages 운영사의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 저희는 그 기록을 받아 보지 않습니다.

광고 — 플레이스토어판 (Google AdMob)

안드로이드 앱에는 구글 애드몹(Google AdMob) 광고가 들어갑니다. 광고를 띄우기 위해 구글이 다음을 처리합니다:

목적은 광고 게재, 같은 광고가 지나치게 반복되지 않게 하는 것, 성과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지이며, 동의하신 경우 관심사 기반 맞춤 광고에도 쓰입니다. 이 정보는 구글이 처리하며 저희에게 전달되지 않습니다. 저희가 보는 것은 합계 수치(노출 수·수익 등)뿐입니다.

구글이 이 정보를 어떻게 다루는지는 구글 개인정보처리방침 과 구글 광고 파트너 정책 에 있습니다.

광고 ID 는 언제든 초기화하거나 사용을 중지할 수 있습니다 — 안드로이드 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 에서 하실 수 있으며, 이는 앱이 아니라 기기가 제공하는 기능입니다.

광고 — 토스 미니앱판

토스 미니앱 안에서는 토스가 제공하는 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 토스(비바리퍼블리카)가 자사 방침에 따라 수행하며, 저희에게 전달되지 않습니다.

번호 공유

"공유" 또는 "이 번호 공유"를 누르면 선택한 한 조합의 여섯 번호와 회차, 참고용 문구가 기기의 공유 창으로 넘어갑니다. 토스 미니앱은 해당 번호와 회차가 포함된 공식 공유 링크를 만들며, 토스가 이 링크를 처리합니다. 안드로이드 앱은 로또픽의 Play 스토어 주소를 함께 전달합니다. 이용자가 누르셨을 때만 동작하고 어디로 보낼지는 이용자가 고르십니다. 저장 목록 전체, 앱 설정, 연락처는 전달하지 않습니다. 공유 창을 열 수 없어 내용을 복사하는 경우에는 이용자가 복사를 선택할 때 해당 내용만 클립보드에 적으며, 기존 클립보드 내용은 읽지 않습니다. 저희는 공유한 내용을 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 공유 대상 서비스의 처리는 그 서비스의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

어린이

이 앱은 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 저희는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 그런 정보가 저희에게 전달된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

보관 기간

저희는 이용자의 개인정보를 보관하지 않으므로 보관 기간도 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 번호와 설정은 이용자가 앱이나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 광고와 관련해 구글·토스가 보관하는 정보의 기간은 각 회사의 방침을 따릅니다.

이용자의 권리

거주 지역의 법(예: 대한민국 개인정보 보호법, 유럽 GDPR)에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하실 권리가 있습니다. 다만 저희는 이용자의 정보를 보관하지 않아 저희 쪽에서 지울 것이 없습니다. 실제로 하실 수 있는 조치는 다음과 같습니다:

LottoPick - Lotto Number Generator — Privacy Policy

In short

LottoPick - Lotto Number Generator ("the app") has no sign-up and no login. Your numbers and settings stay on your device and are never sent to us. We do not operate any server that receives information about you, and we do not collect or store information that identifies you.

However, the advertising features inside the app are provided by third parties (such as Google), and those companies process data under their own policies. What goes where is described below.

Where this policy applies

The app is distributed in two places: as an Android app on Google Play, and as a mini app inside Toss (listed there as Lotto Numbers). The app is the same, but advertising is provided by different companies, so each section below states which one it refers to.

Stored on your device

Numbers you save (which draw they are for, the six numbers, and favorites), the last result draw you checked, your app settings (theme, the generation method you last chose, filter conditions, the dream you picked, and motion effects), and a copy of the downloaded draw data are kept in your device storage (localStorage). This is what keeps your numbers and settings between visits and lets the app show the latest draw as soon as it opens. You can delete saved numbers one at a time from the 내 번호 (My numbers) list.

This information never leaves your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data deletes it as well; we hold no copy and cannot restore it for you.

Android automatic backup

If Android’s automatic backup is enabled, the records above may be included in your own Google account backup. This is a feature Android provides rather than something the app sends, and we never see that backup. It is left on so your records follow you to a new device; you can turn it off in your device’s backup settings.

Data the app downloads

To get the weekly-updated winning numbers and suggested combinations, the app downloads a single file from https://lotto-895c62.gitlab.io/data.json. The request carries nothing that identifies you, and it does not send anything to us.

As with any internet request, the service hosting the file (GitLab Pages) may keep access logs that include your IP address; those logs are handled under its operator’s policy. We do not receive them.

Advertising — Google Play version (Google AdMob)

The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve those ads, Google processes the following:

The purposes are ad delivery, frequency capping, performance measurement, and fraud prevention — and, where you have consented, personalised advertising. This data is processed by Google and is not passed to us. We only see aggregate figures such as impression counts and revenue.

How Google handles this is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads Controller-Controller Terms.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. That control is provided by the device, not by the app.

Advertising — Toss mini app version

Inside the Toss mini app, advertising is provided by Toss. Any data processing related to those ads is carried out by Toss (Viva Republica) under its own policy and is not passed to us.

Sharing numbers

Tapping a share button passes one selected combination (six numbers, its draw, and a reference-only notice) to the device share sheet. The Toss mini app creates an official share link containing those numbers and the draw; Toss processes that link. The Android app includes the LottoPick Play Store URL. This happens only when you tap, and you choose where the content goes. The full saved list, app settings, and contacts are not shared. If the share sheet is unavailable and you choose to copy, only that content is written to the clipboard; existing clipboard contents are not read. We do not receive or store what you share. The receiving service handles the content under its own privacy policy.

Children

This app is not primarily directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14 (13 in some jurisdictions). If we learn that such information has reached us, we delete it without delay.

Retention

We store no personal information, so we have no retention period. Numbers and settings on your device remain until you delete the app or its data. Data held by Google or Toss in connection with advertising is retained under their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act or the EU GDPR) you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and restriction. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing on our side to delete. The steps available to you are:
